论文已在中国上海举行的2013年CIMAC大会上发表。论文的版权归CIMAC所有。This text introduces three kinds of hard rolling technologies applied and tested in the production of internal combustion engine parts. The valves produced by this technology are one time approved by MAN Diesel & Turbo for quality certification. Using hard rolling technology in the production of cylinder liner, piston crown, crankshaft and connecting rod achieves very good results. It can effectively reduce the carbon deposition of combustion chamber, improve the reliability and lifetime of the parts, which lays the foundations for further improving the performance of internal combustion engine.
