Theoretical and Experimental Investigations on Augment High-Pressure Common-Rail System

论文已在中国上海举行的2013年CIMAC大会上发表。论文的版权归CIMAC所有。 The Augment HighPressure CommonRail System (AHPCRS) was designed for the target of improving the performance of high-power diesel engine’s power and reducing the emission. In this paper, the performance of Electric Control Pressure Amplifier (ECPA) which based on the principle of the triple valve was the key part of AHPCSRS was designed, and then simulation studies were completed,the single-power single-switch chopper drive circuit was designed for the ECPA, the Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) hardware system was designed, the control code of SCM was compiled and the LabVIEW program was compiled. Furthermore, the test-bed was established too. The index marks of system which was investigated including pressurization performance, adjustable of injection rate and the influence caused by the pressure ratio. The simulation results indicated that the ECPA pressure could be 172MPa in the duration of the injection and it could eliminate the pressure oscillation, the adjustable injection rate was more favorable to meet the requirement of diesel engine optimization operate during the whole state. The validation test of system matching with single cylinder diesel was finished. The results indicated that the AHPCRS could realize diesel engine stable operating and emissions could be reduced largely.
