The descriptions include key technical information and the payment mechanisms which warrant their operation. The paper goes on to show the challenges and goals for technical rearrangement, which may be rewarded with additional generation revenue streams for packagers, owners and operators. In the main, the payment mechanisms for these additional revenue streams already exist, whilst more innovative structures are gradually being rolled out across the world. The paper also explains the minimal impact on fuel consumption, emissions and running / servicing costs to the engine / generation plant.
